What is Virtual IT support?
Virtual IT is day-to-day support from a real service desk. Users reach help by phone, email, text, Teams, or Slack. Every request is tracked and worked by people who already know the environment.

Virtual IT is the human layer
Managed IT includes monitoring, patching, security tooling, and planning. Virtual IT is how your people get help when something blocks their work: printing, Wi-Fi, email, or a laptop that will not join the domain.
At Tailored Tech, Virtual IT sits inside the primary plans. It is not a separate product meant to replace managed IT.
How users reach the desk
Phone, email, text, Microsoft Teams, and Slack during business hours. After-hours support is phone only on the main number. Every request becomes a tracked ticket with notes and ownership.
Response targets are written into agreements. Actual average first response is published on the site from ticket data, not a marketing claim.
