How is Tailored Tech pricing structured?
You choose a primary plan (Starter, Security+, or Complete) and pay a published per-user monthly rate for each managed user. Starter is $140, Security+ is $200, and Complete is $240 per user per month. Engagements have a $2,000 monthly floor and a minimum of 15 managed users. Final rates are confirmed for your agreement.
What is a Lite seat?
Mailbox-only users who do not have a company computer. Lite can only be added alongside Starter, Security+, or Complete. It is not sold on its own. Lite is $65 per user per month.
Are contracts month-to-month?
No. Standard agreements are a one-year term. Every agreement includes a written guarantee: if we fail to meet our commitments and the issue remains unresolved within 30 days of written notice, you may terminate without penalty.
What is not included in the per-user rate?
Large projects, major migrations, and some after-hours or onsite work outside plan terms are scoped separately. The Service Catalog shows which line items are included, hourly, or plan-specific.
