Our standard managed IT agreements are a one-year term. That gives both sides time to onboard properly, document the environment, and prove the relationship under real conditions.
Month-to-month sounds flexible. In practice it often means neither side invests in documentation or long-horizon fixes.
What the EOS Guarantee does
We take our commitments seriously. If we ever fail to meet them and the issue remains unresolved within 30 days of written notice, you have every right to terminate without penalty. We include that in your agreement because we mean it.
That is the opposite of locking a client into a relationship that is not working. It is accountability written into the contract.
How this should feel as a buyer
You are not asked to trust marketing language alone. You get published rates, a catalog of inclusions, measured response performance, and a contractual exit if we fail and do not fix it after notice.
