After-hours support: how it works

After-hours support is available by phone on the main number. Chat and email channels run during business hours. Urgency and plan terms decide what is worked overnight versus next business day.

Channels by time of day

During business hours, users can reach the desk by phone, email, text, Microsoft Teams, or Slack. After hours, the path is phone on the main line so urgent issues are not buried in an inbox nobody is watching.

That split is deliberate. It keeps true emergencies on a live path and protects the desk from low-priority noise at 2am.

What counts as urgent

Outages that stop the business, security incidents, and failures that block a critical process belong on the after-hours line. A printer driver or a non-urgent software question can wait for the next business day.

Your agreement and onboarding notes define priorities so dispatch is consistent, not improvisational.

How this ties to the plans

Remote after-hours support appears in the Service Catalog by plan. Some work is included. Some is hourly depending on plan and situation. We would rather be clear in the matrix than vague in a sales deck.

Questions & answers
