  • Give at least 7-day notice for new hires or provide notice as soon as possible 
  • Submit accurate new hire requests 
  • Provide employee role, start date, and access requirements 
  • Approve hardware and software selections 
  • Confirm delivery logistics for the device 
  • Receive confirmation that setup is complete 

Customer IT Contact 

  • Support HR in providing role details and special access needs 
  • Coordinate internal systems if certain approvals or access steps are required 
  • Support delivery or onsite coordination if needed 
  • Review setup results if requested
