We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Tailored Tech family. Jordan Morrison joins us with a well-rounded background in technology operations, client support, and process improvement.
Jordan has hands-on experience with the tools that keep businesses running smoothly: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, device management, and the onboarding and offboarding workflows that can make or break an employee’s first (or last) day. Before joining Tailored Tech, Jordan worked with small businesses, churches, non-profits, and remote teams, building exactly the kind of adaptability and patience that great IT support requires.
What drew Jordan to Tailored Tech? A desire to go deeper on both the technology and customer service side, in a team environment that values learning and continuous improvement. That’s something we take seriously here, and we’re glad to have someone who does too.
Now for the part that has nothing to do with IT: Jordan is a classically trained violinist and jazz pianist who has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York and Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. We suspect client calls are going to be a little more composed than usual.
